Weeks 1, 2 & 3

Certain foods, eating habits, lifestyle choices can cause major damage to your metabolism. But many of these habits are deemed "healthy" be conventional standards. You need to stop accidentally damaging your metabolism by simply making smarter eating decisions. It's not about calories, it's about What Not to Eat!

Weeks 4 & 5

  • Why burning fat is a time dependent process, not a caloric process.
  • The critical principles of when to eat and when not to eat.

You'll finish this step with a personal timed eating prescription that matches your lifestyle and weight goals. You are able to control when your body burns excess body fat.

STEP 4

Reset Your Appetite Control Center

Weeks 8, 9 & 10

Your metabolism has now been efficiently detoxified, healed, and you are burning excess body fat consistently.  Now it's time to explore your mind and understand how your brain and body are connected. This is better than just intuitive eating.  It's not about calories, it's about Why We Eat!

  • How to correctly identify between body hunger and brain hunger.
  • How to prevent emotional eating by getting to the heart of the brain.
  • Why you can't fight biochemical signals with willpower and what to do instead.

You'll finish this step with restored, corrected hunger and fullness signals from your body to your brain. You will erase cravings and prevent emotional eating. You are able to break free from emotional eating and food cravings.

Weeks 11 & 12
