The #1 Secret to Burning Fat While You Sleep!

Wouldn't it be nice if burning fat was super easy?

If we could just burn it effortlessly like say, while we sleep?

Well...

We can.

And we do.

In fact, we can burn quite a bit of fat while we sleep... as long as we understand the power of when we eat and how our body burns fat.

Ready to get started, because this is going to blow.your.mind.

I’m going to break this down into three main points. Point number one is the backstory or how your body works.

Point number two is why this matters for fat burning.

Then point number three is the actual secret because of how point number one and point number two come together.

I want to show you that your body is amazingly capable of burning fat and doing what you want it to do if you feed it right and if you understand your body as a woman over 40.

No supplements, no gimmicks, no protein powders. Just real science from a real dietitian so you can take real control over your weight.

Let’s move into Point 1: The Backstory.

Your body burns fuel in a specific order. Meaning, your body burns certain things for energy before it burns other things.

I’m going to explain this through an analogy, like I do everything.

Let’s say you come home from the grocery store with a lot of groceries. You put all the bags on the counter and start to think about putting all those groceries away.

But you’re hungry, so you open the grapes and just start eating them right out of the grocery bag.

The rest of the food you put in the fridge for later.

Now, you went to Costco and have more food than will fit in your fridge so the rest of the food you haul downstairs to the deep freeze.

If we go back through the story, this is how your body burns energy.

The groceries you bring in and set on the counter is like food you just ate and has turned into sugar and is circulating through your bloodstream.

The food in the fridge is the leftover sugar that you didn’t burn and is stored as sugar in your muscles and liver as glycogen.

Then, the deep freeze food is your fat stores. This is the body fat we are trying to burn when we sleep. This is the belly fat. It’s in the deep freeze.

When we pull this all together, your body will eat all the food from the counter first. Then it will reach into the fridge and eat most of the food in there. And then, and only then does it begrudgingly go downstairs to the deep freeze or belly fat to use that for fuel.

Are you with me?

Your body will only burn fat after it's burned all the sugar first.

Which leads us to Point 2: Burning Fat is Time-Dependent

Your body burns sugar in your blood first (this is the food on the counter) then it releases stored sugar from your liver (this is the fridge food), then after most of that is gone, it will release fat from your belly to be burned.

What this means, the fact that our bodies use this specific order is that each of these things take time.

In order to burn body and belly fat you have let enough time pass for your body to burn through your sugar and glycogen.

What I’m saying is that burning fat is not calorie dependent.

It’s time dependent.

Now it’s also dependent on that door to the basement not being locked. If it’s locked, then you’ll actually find your body screaming for you to shop for more food.

The lock on the door is a broken metabolism. The lock itself is insulin. But let’s say the door is unlocked and it will open, even if it just opens a crack. That’s all we need.

Just a crack can get us to Point 3: Stop Eating After 8:00 p.m.

We know that fat burning is time dependent and your body burns most of the sugar before it burns the fat.

The secret to burning fat while you sleep is to stop eating early enough in the evening to allow enough time for your body to get through the sugar in your dinner and dessert and then burn fat around the 2:00 a.m. mark.

Do you see what we are doing?

By understanding how your body really burns fat, we are reverse engineering to get what we want.

We are going to eat smarter so that our body is able to burn fat.

The best way to do that is to stop eating after 8 p.m. so you can reach your body fat while you sleep.

In order to give your body enough time to burn through the sugar of dinner, you have to stop eating by at least 8 p.m.

This means nothing but water or herbal tea after 8 p.m. every single night.

No sugar, no stevia, no sweeteners.

Night owl?

Doesn’t matter. No food after 8 p.m. if you want to burn fat in the wee early morning hours.

Let's recap the three points.

You want to burn fat while you sleep because you want to get rid of belly fat.

Your body only burns your belly fat after it has burned through the sugar you fed it that day through your meals.

If you stop giving it sugar through food or drink after 8 p.m., you are giving your body a fighting chance to actually burn fat while you sleep.

Pretty cool, right?

You can start this tonight.

After 8 p.m., it’s purely water, tea, coffee or carbonated water. Nothing sweet, nothing with cream, nothing with collagen, nothing that your body could burn for energy.

Finish your dinner and dark chocolate before 8 p.m., (the earlier the better) and repeat this each and every night so you can start burning fat while you sleep!
